Commanding Your Morning and Taking Authority of Your Day is a diverse fellowship of Christ centered believers unifying in love for the Lord and each other. Our charge is to mobilize, train, and develop in the area of prayer.
“Never stop praying.” 1 Thessalonians 5:17 (New Life Version NLV)
Commanding Your Morning and Taking Authority of Your Day Prayer Line is a corporate prayer line open to all who are ready to TAKE AUTHORITY OF THEIR DAY. We meet early in the morning and begin our day with prayer. The prayer line in muted so all callers have privacy. The only person heard on the line is the pastor who is leading prayer that morning.
WHY DO WE COMMAND OUR MORNING?
Our God is a progressive God, if we want progress in life we have to think progressive thoughts and speak progressive words. Learn how to command your morning and take authority of your life by joining us for morning prayer.
WE SPEAK INTO OUR LIVES OR COMMAND OUR MORNING BECAUSE THE WORD OF GOD HAS THE POWER TO CHANGE AND AFFECT OUR LIVES.
YOU CAN TAKE CONTROL OF YOUR LIFE AND EXPERIENCE DIVINE SUCCESS AS YOU SPEAK THE WORD OF GOD OVER YOUR LIFE AND CIRCUMSTANCES.
WHATEVER BEGINS WITH GOD HAS THE RIGHT TO END WELL.
NO MATTER HOW GOOD OR BAD YOUR LIFE IS, EVERY CIRCUMSTANCE CAN CHANGE FOR THE BEST IF YOU LEARN HOW TO COMMAND YOUR MORNING BEFORE YOUR DAY BEGINS.
TAKE CHARGE OF YOUR LIFE.
DO NOT LIVE BY SPECULATION, BUT RATHER BY REVELATION AND THE WORD OF GOD.
THERE IS POWER IN SPOKEN WORD THAT IS BEYOND OUR UNDERSTANDING.
WHILE FORCES AROUND US THREATEN OUR JOY, PEACE, AND STABILITY NOTHING CAN PREVAIL AGAINST GOD’S SPOKEN WORD.
WHAT IS PRAYER?
1. Prayer is talking to God.
2. Prayer is communing with God.
3. Prayer is fellowship with God.
“Very early in the morning, while it was still dark, Jesus got up, left the house and went off to a solitary place, where he prayed.” Mark 1:35 (New International Version- NIV)
Jesus would always get up very early before he started his day to pray. Prayer is earthly lessons for heavenly interference. Prayer is not an option for believers; prayer is a necessity. That is why Jesus begs us to keep praying. Jesus said men ought to always pray. PRAYER IS AN INVESTMENT; YOU WILL NEVER LOSE IN THE PRAYER BUSINESS.
WHERE DO WE PRAY?
“Therefore I want the men everywhere to pray, lifting up holy hands without anger or disputing.” 1 Timothy 2:8 (New International Version- NIV)
From scripture God admonishes us to PRAY ANYWHERE. We can pray anywhere we are; while driving, in the hospital, at the office, on the train or bus, while jogging, during morning exercise, in the shower, while cooking or anywhere else we find ourselves through the day. God does not limit himself to a particular place, no matter where we pray God will hear us and He will answer. He is everywhere and listens to us anywhere. The only thing we have to remember while praying is throughout the day is to avoid distractions.
JONAH PRAYED WHILE HE WAS IN THE BELLY OF THE WHALE! In life there will be times when we find ourselves in Jonah’s situation. He disobeyed God when he was given an assignment and found himself in a terrible situation. How many times have we disobeyed God when given an assignment? Yet, God still answered Jonah’s prayers. God commanded the whale to vomit Jonah onto dry land.
NO SITUATION OR CIRCUMSTANCE IS BEYOND THE REACH OF THE ALMIGHT GOD. GOD IS OMINPOTENT AND OMINSCIENT.
HOW DO WE PRAY?
1. We pray in Christ’s name.
“Whatever you ask in My name, I will do it so the shining-greatness of the Father may be seen in the Son.” John 14:13 (New Life Version NLV)
2. We pray out loud, we pray in silent whispers, and we pray quietly in our hearts.
3. We pray however we can. If we can kneel, we kneel. If we cannot kneel we pray sitting, while lying down or standing.
4. It’s not how long we pray or how hard we pray that counts. What makes the difference is how well we pray. How sincere we pray.
Commanding Your Morning and Taking Authority of Your Day is a diverse fellowship of Christ centered believers unifying in love for the Lord and each other.
Our mandate is to change, and take authority of our lives by the renewing of our minds, and by the words we speak.
